AEROTEAM is a Danish company founded in 2004 by former Scandinavian Airlines pilot Søren Seindal Agner. His career in aviation began in 1987, and throughout the years he has been working in a variety of aviation-related areas. Søren Seindal Agner has a thorough background in aviation and currently spends his time working as a training manager and ground instructor, where he specializes as a CRM Trainer as well as an MCC Instructor, which includes both simulator training and ground training.
Søren Seindal Agner began his career in aviation in Spies Travel and Conair working as an air guide and cabin crew. He has furthermore been involved in the merger of Scanair and Conair in 1994, where Premiair was founded. In Premiair, he also worked in the personnel department, where he conducted interviews of applicants to fill in the job as cabin crew. He additionally worked as a service instructor. He was employed for 10 years within the company.
At the same time, he acquired his pilot license. Since 1995, he has been working as a pilot for various airlines. In 1997, he began working for Danish Air Transport, where he primarily flew cargo flights. He began working in Scandinavian Airlines in 1999, where he worked for 4 years flying domestic and international flights mainly in Europe.
Throughout his carrier, he has followed the evolution of Pilot Training and Cabin Crew Training, and in 2004 he became a certified CRM Instructor and an Aircrew Security Instructor.
Søren Seindal Agner has furthermore been a part of the Board of Representatives for the Danish Flight Safety Council since 2010, specializing in the field of human factors.
