Assessment of CRM skills is the process of observing, recording, interpreting and debriefing crews and crew member’s performance using an accepted methodology in the context of the overall performance. Development of CRM skills is becoming more and important and focus on this course is Assessment of Non-technical skills and the coherence of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA) in the operational environment. This training target Flight Crew Flight Instructors and CRM trainers who assess CRM skills in the operational environment. It could also be beneficial for instructors incorporating CRM elements into other training, such as flight instructor and simulator instructors.
Delegates should have attended Initial CRM Train- the-Trainer Training or have an FI, SFI or MCCI approval.
