EASA requires that CRM Trainers are qualified to conduct CRM training. Aeroteam is offering a 5-day CRM Train-the-Trainer Course, which complies with the current regulations. The course includes instructional techniques and CRM Assessment. This training course is targeted persons who want to become CRM trainers for flight crew and/or cabin crew. It could also be beneficial for instructors incorporating CRM elements into other training.

Students should have attended Operator’s Initial CRM Training. Cabin Crew CRM trainer should have knowledge of Human performance and Limitations.
