The demonstration allows you to get a hands-on learning experience of the benefits that interactive aviation training offers. A demonstration only costs your time. Then you can weigh the advantages before you decide to buy MAYDAY for your own organisation or training facility.

Teaching in CRM, Human Factors, and the like, requires an understanding of how you train people. Therefore, we recommend that you have experience with training before diving into MAYDAY. 

We offer train-the-trainer courses to prepare you for the job as a CRM or Human Factors instructor. The training gives you the necessary tools and competence to teach your students – so they receive the intended output.

When your students engage in the MAYDAY Active Learning Tools, they are the main drivers of the learning process. In other words, they lead themselves. 

Self-facilitation means that the participants are responsible for the game progress by answering questions, interacting, discussing challenges, and making decisions together to reach the next step of the training.

Some steps in the game require instructor facilitation e.g. when reaching a reflection round or filling out in-game forms. MAYDAY will guide you.
