Our services require the processing of personal data. This Privacy Policy informs you about how your personal data is being processed and stored.

We are part of The SA Group, and our headquarters Scandinavian Avionics A/S serves as data controller for the data we collect about you. We ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with legislation.

  1. Definition of Personal Data

Personal data is any kind of information that can be related to an identifiable person. This includes, but is not limited to, information such as your name, address, e-mail address, personal identification number, registration number, photo, fingerprints, diagnostics, biological material.

Essentially, all information which makes it possible to identify a person from the data or in combination with other data. It is said that the information is “personally identifiable”.

  1. Customer Data

All customers of AEROTEAM Training Solutions must submit a Customer Info Form which contains the following information:

  • Name
  • Company address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Points of contact
  • Payment information

This data is collected for the purpose of processing your purchase, supply of our services, and administration of your business relations with us. The legal basis for collection of this data is “fulfilment of contract”, “legal obligations”, and “balancing of interest”.

 

  1. Supplier and Partner Data

For suppliers and business partners, we require access to the following personal data:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

This data is collected for the purpose of processing purchases and/or services and administration of your business relations with us. The legal basis for collection of this data is “fulfilment of contract”, “legal obligations”, and “balancing of interest”.

 

  1. Training Course Participants

We deliver training courses for educational purposes and issues certificates which demonstrates completion of the course. To fulfil our obligation, we need to collect the following personal data about you:

  • Name and initials
  • Company and/or department
  • Work title
  • Company address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

This information is collected based on the following legal basis “fulfillment of a contract” and “legal obligations”.

 

  1. Safety Considerations

We have taken all necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent that your personal data accidentally, inadvertently, or illegally gets deleted, released, lost, impaired, or is obtained by any unauthorised persons, abused or in any way processed in conflict with legislation.

 

  1. As Little Data as Possible

We only collect, process, and store the personal data necessary to fulfil our purpose. Furthermore, it may be determined by law which type of data is necessary to collect and store in connection with our business practices. The type and the extent of the personal data we process can be determined by the need to comply with a contract or any other legal obligation.

  1. Data Storage

Your personal data is stored for the period stated in legislation, and all data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to store. The time period depends on the character of the data and the basis for storage. It is not possible for us to provide a generic period for when data is deleted.

  1. Your Rights

At any given time, you have the right to be informed about the personal data we process and store concerning you. You also have the right to know from where the data was collected, what we use your data for, how long we store the data, and who receives your personal data (to the extent that your data is processed externally in Denmark and foreign countries according to legislation).

Your rights may be limited with respect to privacy protection, business secrets, and immaterial rights.

In some instances, we have an obligation to delete your personal data. For instance, if you withdraw your consent. If you believe that your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes by which it was collected, you can request that we delete the data. You may also reach out to us if you believe that your data is being processed in contravention of the law or other legal obligations.

You can file a complaint with the supervisory authority of Denmark: Datatilsynet.

We reserve the right to examine your claim and determine whether the requirements for deletion are fulfilled. It that is the case, we make the necessary changes to your data, including deletion.

You may also object to our processing of your personal data. If your objection is justified, we will cease all procession concerning your information.

On our own initiative, we delete your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose we collected it for.
