INITIAL HUMAN FACTORS TRAINING (2-DAY COURSE)

Course description:

Learning about human factors is essential to optimise human performance and reduce the impact of human error in the operational environment.

Our initial Human Factors course enhances the awareness of participants in terms of human performance limitations and all factors that affect human performance. Participants will be aware of methods to improve human performance, and they will be able to apply these methods in their daily practice.

We reserve the right to cancel the course if there are less than 4 delegates.

Fairchild/Metroliner SA226/SA227 Type Training Course – B1 & B2 Combined

Course description:

Our Fairchild-Metroliner SA226/SA227 Combined B1/B2 Type Training gives detailed theoretical and practical knowledge about the design and operation of the aircraft systems and associated components as defined by EASA Part-66.

The training enables you to safely perform actual maintenance, inspections, routine repairs, component replacements, and troubleshooting according to the maintenance manual and other relevant documentation.

This training course complies with EASA Part-66 Annex III (Appendix I – Aircraft Type Ratings for Part-66 AML) regulatory requirements for theoretical and practical training needed in order to obtain the Fairchild SA226/227 (Honeywell TPE331) AML type endorsement as a licensed B1 and/or B2 mechanic.

Participants who successfully complete the training and pass the examination(s) and assessment(s) will receive an EASA Part-147 Certificate of Recognition (CoR) as documentation.

Auditor Training (2-day course)

Course description:

Our Auditor Training enables auditors, Quality Managers, Compliance Monitoring Managers, and other functions which revolve around compliance monitoring and quality assurance to plan and execute audits effectively in operational environments subject to EASA requirements. We employ an interactive appraoch to training, alternating between traditional classroom training, group discussions, and practical case studies. After the course, participants will have learned how to structure an audit, write non-conformity findings, and provide valid feedback.

Our Auditor Training supports EASA regulations for air operations as well as initial and continuing airworthiness – which require a person to monitor compliance within the management system.

Course description:

Our 3-day MAYDAY training seminar offers new insights, sharpened skills, and tangible tools to work with training and assessment of non-technical skills, CBTA, EBT, and SMS within your own organisation.

Day 1: Train-the-trainer Refresher Course for CRM and Human Factors instructors
Day 2: Assessment of NOTECHs – practical methods
Day 3: CBTA, EBT & SMS Workshop – the value of data-driven insights

The 3-day course combines practical instruction, facilitated discussions, and hands-on workshops to support the implementation of the MAYDAY Training Tools for CRM and Human Factors in the training environment.

The course invites instructors from different organisations to exchange insights and share experiences from the training environment.

Initial EWIS A-F & Fuel Tank Safety Training Course

Course description:

History and previous accidents have shown that wiring must be considered an integral aircraft system. The wiring discipline has prompted a greater emphasis on its maintenenance. By nature, there are overlaps between the topics of Fuel Tank Safety (FTS) and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS). Combining the two saves times and ties things together in practice.

Pilatus PC-12 Type Training Course – Combined B1 & B2

Course description:

Our Pilatus PC-12 Combined B1/B2 Type Training gives detailed theoretical and practical knowledge about the design and operation of the aircraft systems and associated components as defined by EASA Part-66.

The training enables you to safely perform actual maintenance, inspections, routine repairs, component replacements, and troubleshooting according to the maintenance manual and other relevant documentation.

NASP 13.1 SECURITY MANAGER BASIC COURSE (2-DAY COURSE)

Course description:

Focus on security within aviation has increased over the years, and security is a concern for everyone in the industry, affecting virtually all areas of operation. Whether you work with passengers, cargo, maintenance, or at a security checkpoint, you have a key role in keeping the industry safe.

Our NASP 13.1 Security Manager course introduces you to the security measures and regulations you need to know in order to work responsibly in the industry. The training also provides examples of practices you can apply in your workplace to identify and prevent potential security threats.

Please note that our Security Manager course is a prerequisite to attend Trafikstyrelsens Security Seminar. The course is particularly relevant for known consignors and other freight agents supplying the aviation industry.
